In 2019, we were approach by the South China Morning Post to create a film covering an 'unmapped' restaurant in London, the award winning HIDE. We worked with SCMP reporter George Koutsakis and HIDE's chefs and sommeliers to explain what it takes to make an award winning luxury restaurant.
